Is your packaging discreet?
Absolutely !!! We send all orders in boring plain packaging so that the only person knows what’s in the delivery is you.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
If you're not home when the courier tries to deliver your package, your delivery person will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order. It will be a very easy process to follow and we understand that our job is to make sure we protect your privacy at all times.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can track it every step of the way. All of our couriers offer order tracking as standard. You will receive information via email on how to track your order once your order is sent. If you have any further issues with this simply contact one of our friendly team members and we will have you sorted out in no time.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order if you wish to amend or cancel it. Unfortunately if your order has already been processed and sent we will be unable to cancel it.
I think I have a faulty item I may need to return?
If you have an item that you believe is not working the way it should be please contact our customer service team straight away. If we are not able to talk you through it over the phone and a replacement is necessary we will get that to you as soon as possible. Please note, that we may not always require you to return your faulty item, so please do not send this back to us until you have spoken with one of our experienced team members.
